"I used this company's carpet cleaning service for the first time yesterday on June 27 2017. It will not be the last time either as I am very pleased. My wife and I moved from Alberta to Vernon in 2004 and we were told that contractors and other service providers should not be expected to be as reliable as those we may have been used to in Alberta as the pace is a lot different in BC. I sadly admit this was not always true but often it was. Well Jennifer and Jeff Twerdun have fixed that and made up for all those that fell short in the last 13 years. Perhaps it is because Jeff also moved here from Alberta? From the first phone call I made, the quote provided over the phone, efficient booking and the early arrival of Jeff I have been pleased with how they conduct their business. ( the old fashioned way as it should be )  He was careful in our home protection our wall paint, very polite and done as quick as he had promised and the end result was great looking and smelling carpet. Even one day after now that the carpets are dry the stains from our cat's previous vomiting have not returned unlike with previous carpet cleaners we used. It was my pleasure to take a few minutes to post this review as it is well deserved and I can highly suggest to use their services. Leo."

Jeff's professionalism and knowledge was very helpful. I moved into a rental house, and when i moved in, the carpets smelt like wet dog. Jeff deep cleaned the carpet and cleaned the tile and grout as well. As a mother and pet owner, it bothered me to be walking on other people's dirt and grime, and lack of yearly maintenance. The results were amazing!
